02 / Why take part

What you actually walk away with

B2Btech is built for companies that need market access, capital and distribution — not for people collecting badges.

Enter a market you cannot reach alone

Meet the partners who already operate in Russia and the CIS.

One day of high-signal conversations

Your time goes into qualified meetings, not trade-show walk-ups.

Buyers, capital and channels at once

One pitch can open several doors: clients, distributors, investors and integrators.

Attend from anywhere

Can't travel? The online session runs in parallel, on the same day.

03 / Business Match

Introductions made on purpose, not by accident

Before the event we learn what each company is looking for, then match the right people and book the conversations worth having.

01

You tell us your objective

What you sell, what you need, and the partner you want to leave with.

02

We map the room

Participants are profiled against those objectives on both sides.

03

Meetings are scheduled

You arrive with a shortlist and a calendar — not a stack of business cards.

Matched with

6 types
  • Clients — end buyers ready to deploy your technology.
  • Distributors — channel partners to scale your reach.
  • Investors — capital for your next stage of growth.
  • Technology partners — companies to build and integrate with you.
  • System integrators — delivery partners for enterprise rollouts.
  • Local representatives — presence on the ground in a new market.

Good to know: matching is handled by the organising team from your registration brief — the more specific it is, the better the meetings.

Before you register

The details people usually ask us first. Anything else, just write to us.

When and where is B2Btech Russia & CIS 2026?

29 October 2026, at Plaza Garden Moscow World Trade Center, Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya 12, Moscow, 123610. The main programme runs in person while a parallel online session carries the core content from midday to 3 PM, so teams who cannot travel still take part.

How do I get a presentation slot?

Select "Present my company" when you register. A limited number of companies (10–20 offline) are chosen for their relevance to the room, and each presents for 10–15 minutes. Attendance terms are confirmed individually when we review your registration.

How does Business Match work?

You tell us what you are looking for at registration. The organising team profiles participants on both sides, proposes the relevant counterparties and schedules your one-to-one meetings before the event.
